At QuickPro Digital Marketing, we strive to offer high-quality website maintenance services to ensure your site runs smoothly. Below is our refund and cancellation policy, designed to manage expectations and clarify how our process works.
1. 30-Day Free Trial and Cancellation Policy
We offer a 30-day free trial for our website maintenance packages. This trial period allows you to experience our service before making a full commitment. However, since we invest time and resources from the moment you sign up, the following terms apply if you decide to cancel within the trial period:
- If you cancel your maintenance package within the first 30 days, you will be charged 50% of the package cost to cover the work already performed.
- For example, if you signed up for our $49/month package and cancel within the trial period, you will be charged $25.
This partial charge covers the setup and initial maintenance work we complete during the trial period, including time spent configuring your site and implementing maintenance protocols.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds or returns once the 30-day trial period has ended. After the trial period, all payments are considered final and non-refundable.
- No refunds will be provided for any unused time or services within the billing cycle.
- Cancellations made after the 30-day trial period will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no pro-rated refunds will be issued.
3. No Returns or Exchanges
Since our services are delivered digitally and involve ongoing support, setup, and maintenance, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a service package has been activated and work has begun, refunds or exchanges will not be possible, aside from the stipulations in our trial period cancellation policy.
