AI business solutions
Your business is losing work in the gaps between your systems.
QuickPro maps how work actually moves through your company, finds where it breaks, and builds and manages the systems that fix it. We use the software you already own, and we recommend better tools when there are any.

The problems we solve
These are operational problems, not technology problems
Almost every business we look at owns decent software. The work still falls through, because the systems were never connected to how the business actually runs.
Inquiries go unanswered
Calls arrive while your team is working. The caller moves on to whoever picks up.
Information scatters
Photos in texts, scope in a notepad, details in someone’s memory. Nothing in one record.
Quotes take too long
The estimate waits for evenings and weekends, because the day is already full.
Follow-up stops at one
The proposal goes out, one reminder goes out, and the opportunity quietly dies.
Systems don’t talk
The same information gets typed into three tools by three people, or not at all.
Nobody can see the pipeline
The owner is the only person who knows what’s outstanding, and only roughly.
What we do
We advise, we build, and we keep it running
QuickPro is a professional services firm. You are hiring expertise, implementation and ongoing management, not a software licence.

How we work
Eight steps, about two hours of your time
A structured engagement with a beginning, a middle, and someone still accountable in month six.
What we figure out together
How work moves through your business today, where it breaks, and what it is costing you.
The workflow, the decision points, the escalation rules and everything that stays human. You approve it before we build.
We use the software you already have where it fits, recommend new tools where it does not, and say so plainly when something should be replaced. No vendor commissions, ever.
What we do without you
We architect and configure the solution, connect the systems and write every script.
Every scenario, including failure paths and anything urgent, before a single customer touches it.
Your team learns exactly how it works and keeps documentation they can actually use.
What keeps it working
We go live in stages and watch real activity closely through the first weeks.
Monitoring, tuning, reporting and improvements as your business changes. This is what the monthly fee covers.
Solutions
Packaged engagements, and custom work
Some problems are common enough that we have built a repeatable solution for them. The rest we scope.

Put a number on it
What are missed inquiries and stalled follow-up costing you?
Move the sliders to match your business. No email required, and no obligation. If the number is small, that is useful information too.
This estimates the impact of missed inquiries, slow response and inconsistent follow-up. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a claim about your business.
About $489,600 a year
Opportunities × share missed × your close rate × your average project value. Illustrative only, not a revenue guarantee or a projection of what QuickPro would recover. No system captures every missed opportunity.

We know how service businesses actually run
The shape of the problem repeats across trades. The details do not, and the details are what make a solution work.
How we operate
Straight terms, in writing, before you commit
You are hiring someone to work inside your operations. These are the commitments that come with that.
We charge for our work, not for what we recommend
We accept no referral commissions or incentives from software vendors. Recommendations are based on business fit, budget, your existing systems, reliability, scalability and ease of use.
Your systems stay yours
You retain ownership of your business accounts, data, phone numbers and core software wherever practical. QuickPro may host and manage the automation layer used to connect those systems.
We will tell you if it isn’t worth it
Plenty of problems are solved by a process change rather than a project. If that is your situation, you will hear it on the assessment call rather than after a proposal.
Pricing
An assessment first, then a fixed quote
We cannot scope work we have not looked at. After the assessment you get a fixed quote: a one-time implementation fee, and a monthly fee for managing and improving what we build.
Stop losing the inquiries you already generate.
For owner-operators and smaller teams who cannot answer everything, every time.
- Inquiry response and qualification built

Common questions
Fair questions. Straight answers.
Usually not. We build on what you already run wherever it fits. Sometimes the honest answer is that a tool cannot do what you need, and in that case we will say so and recommend an alternative. What we will not do is recommend a replacement because it suits us.
No. We do not accept referral commissions, kickbacks or vendor incentives. Recommendations are based on business fit, budget, your existing systems, reliability, scalability and ease of use. We charge for our work, not for what we recommend.
You retain ownership of your business accounts, data, phone numbers and core software, all set up in your name wherever practical. QuickPro may host and manage the automation layer that connects those systems, which is what allows us to monitor, maintain and improve it. If you need everything inside your own environment, we deploy there instead.
Your accounts, phone numbers, customer data and software stay yours and keep working. We provide documentation of every workflow we built, configuration and integration details, a connection inventory and an export of any data we hold for you, plus a reasonable transition period.
There is always a person involved. We design where AI helps and where it should not be anywhere near the work. Anything that reaches a customer with a price on it waits for someone on your team to approve it, and anything urgent or unusual escalates to a human immediately.
Scope and accountability. We start with an assessment rather than a task list, we design the solution before building it, we document and train, and we are still responsible for it in month six. A freelancer builds what you ask for. We work out what you actually need first.
Most engagements are live in two to four weeks. Your side is about two hours in total: an assessment call, a short design review and a training session for your team. We handle everything in between.
Then we will tell you. Plenty of operational problems are solved by a process change, a setting nobody turned on, or one integration. If that is your situation you will hear it on the assessment call, and it costs you nothing.
