What is yours, and what we run
You retain ownership of your business accounts, data, phone numbers and core software. QuickPro may host and manage the automation layer used to connect those systems.
That split is deliberate. Managing a solution means being able to see it, fix it and improve it. Everything that matters to your business — your customers, your records, your numbers — stays in your name.
Portability and offboarding
If we stop working together, your accounts, phone numbers, data and core software remain yours and keep working.

Questions about the engagement
Most engagements are live in two to four weeks. Your side is about two hours in total: an assessment call, a short design review and a training session for your team. We handle everything in between.
Scope and accountability. We start with an assessment rather than a task list, we design the solution before building it, we document and train, and we are still responsible for it in month six. A freelancer builds what you ask for. We work out what you actually need first.
You retain ownership of your business accounts, data, phone numbers and core software, all set up in your name wherever practical. QuickPro may host and manage the automation layer that connects those systems, which is what allows us to monitor, maintain and improve it. If you need everything inside your own environment, we deploy there instead.
Your accounts, phone numbers, customer data and software stay yours and keep working. We provide documentation of every workflow we built, configuration and integration details, a connection inventory and an export of any data we hold for you, plus a reasonable transition period.
Then we will tell you. Plenty of operational problems are solved by a process change, a setting nobody turned on, or one integration. If that is your situation you will hear it on the assessment call, and it costs you nothing.
