We charge for our work, not for what we recommend

Most software recommendations in this industry come with a referral fee attached, whether or not anyone says so. QuickPro does not accept commissions, kickbacks, or incentives from any software vendor. When we tell you to keep what you have, switch to something else, or connect two tools instead of replacing either, that recommendation is based on your business, not on who pays us afterward.

How we evaluate software

Requirements gathering

Before we look at a single tool, we map what the software actually needs to do in your business — who touches it, what has to connect to it, and what happens if it fails.

Vendor-neutral comparison

We evaluate options against your requirements, your budget, and what you already run — not against which vendor has the best affiliate program, because none of them do for us.

Total-cost consideration

License fees are rarely the real cost. We account for implementation time, staff training, data migration, and what it costs to switch again later if the tool does not work out.

Implementation planning

A recommendation without a rollout plan is just an opinion. We plan how the tool gets configured, connected to what else you run, and handed to your team.

Account ownership

Accounts get set up in your name wherever practical. You own your data, your logins, and your relationship with the vendor — not us.

What we can do

  • Improve existing tools — most software is underused, not wrong. Often the fix is configuration, not a new subscription.
  • Connect existing tools — so information stops being re-typed between systems that should already talk to each other.
  • Recommend new tools — when something you need genuinely does not exist in what you already run.
  • Replace poor-fit tools — and say so plainly, even when that is not the easy answer.
  • Reduce duplication — the same information typed into three places by three people is a process problem, not a software one.

If the honest answer is that you do not need to change anything, that is what you will hear.

The cost of waiting

A familiar pattern — and what it is quietly costing you

This is where many service businesses begin to lose consistency — not from lack of effort, but from too many disconnected steps. Left alone, these gaps compound.

Tools nobody uses

Paid-for software sits mostly idle

Costs a subscription every month

Wrong-fit purchase

A tool got bought before the workflow was mapped

Costs the switching cost twice

Analysis paralysis

Too many options, no fair way to compare them

Costs decision time

Hidden total cost

License fee looked fine; training and migration did not

Costs budget surprises

The transformation

Watch the same job, before and after

Today
Software gets picked based on a demo or a recommendation
Nobody maps what the tool actually needs to do first
Implementation reveals gaps nobody planned for
Adoption stalls and the tool goes underused
After
We map your requirements before looking at any tool
We compare options against your workflow, not a sales pitch
We account for the total cost, not just the license
We plan the rollout before you commit

Results

What tends to improve

A recommendation based on fit, not commission
Lower total cost of ownership
Higher adoption after rollout
A clear implementation plan
Accounts owned by you, not us

What this doesn't mean

Does not mean buying something new by default
Does not favor any vendor QuickPro has a relationship with
Does not skip the requirements step
Does not guarantee a specific tool works for everyone
Does not include the switch-over itself unless scoped separately

Fit check

This may be a good fit when…

You are evaluating new software and do not know how to compare fairly
Your current tools do not match how your team actually works
You have been burned by a purchase that did not get adopted
You want a second opinion before you commit
You suspect you are paying for tools you do not fully use

Common questions

Usually not. We build on what you already run wherever it fits. Sometimes the honest answer is that a tool cannot do what you need, and in that case we will say so and recommend an alternative. What we will not do is recommend a replacement because it suits us.

There is always a person involved. We design where AI helps and where it should not be anywhere near the work. Anything that reaches a customer with a price on it waits for someone on your team to approve it, and anything urgent or unusual escalates to a human immediately.

Most engagements are live in two to four weeks. Your side is about two hours in total: an assessment call, a short design review and a training session for your team. We handle everything in between.

No. We do not accept referral commissions, kickbacks or vendor incentives. Recommendations are based on business fit, budget, your existing systems, reliability, scalability and ease of use. We charge for our work, not for what we recommend.

You retain ownership of your business accounts, data, phone numbers and core software, all set up in your name wherever practical. QuickPro may host and manage the automation layer that connects those systems, which is what allows us to monitor, maintain and improve it. If you need everything inside your own environment, we deploy there instead.
