Why QuickPro
We watched work disappear in the data, so we started fixing it.
QuickPro spent years building websites and running lead generation for service businesses. That work put us in the analytics every day, which meant we saw exactly how many hard-won inquiries never became jobs, and why. It was almost never the top of the funnel.
Why we changed what we sell
Generating more leads for a business that cannot answer the phone is an expensive way to fail. The bottleneck was the hour after the inquiry arrived, the quote that waited until Sunday, the proposal nobody followed up on, and the four systems that each held part of the story.
So we moved to that part of the business. We assess how work actually moves, design the solution, help choose the right software, build it, train the team and manage it afterwards.
We are based in Alpharetta, Georgia and work with service businesses across North Fulton and metro Atlanta, plus remote clients elsewhere.
What we believe
- Most businesses do not need new software as much as they need what they own to work together
- AI should draft, and a person should approve anything a customer sees
- Advice you pay for beats advice someone else pays for
- A firm that will not tell you “not yet” is not worth hiring
- If we cannot explain it to an owner in one sentence, it is too complicated
- Sometimes the right answer costs us the engagement
How we operate
Straight terms, in writing, before you commit
You are hiring someone to work inside your operations. These are the commitments that come with that.
We charge for our work, not for what we recommend
We accept no referral commissions or incentives from software vendors. Recommendations are based on business fit, budget, your existing systems, reliability, scalability and ease of use.
Your systems stay yours
You retain ownership of your business accounts, data, phone numbers and core software wherever practical. QuickPro may host and manage the automation layer used to connect those systems.
We will tell you if it isn’t worth it
Plenty of problems are solved by a process change rather than a project. If that is your situation, you will hear it on the assessment call rather than after a proposal.
Where we are
Early, and honest about it
QuickPro is a small firm building its practice in AI business solutions. We would rather say that than imply a track record we have not earned yet.
What that means for you: direct access to the person doing the work, an unusual amount of attention, and a level of care that reflects where we are. What it does not mean is guesswork. The process is structured, the design is approved before anything is built, and everything is documented.
Founding clients
We are taking on a limited group of founding clients now. They get direct workflow mapping with the founder, preferred scheduling and terms held for a defined period.
In exchange we ask permission to publish the before-and-after numbers once there are some. We will not publish anything you have not read and approved.
